Skipped a day in posting but not in pictures. Over 500 in last two days. So I have do some serious omitting to make a post.
The water is so clear, the light so bright. One feels just plain good.

A new view, for me, of the old fort. I have been told this is where Ulysses stopped. The earliest documented ruins in the hill date from 500 BC.

So glad to see you and a boat on friendly terms! That water is unbelievable. Ulysses, indeed.... what an experience you are having. The buildings in the later postings made me think this may be in our own future.
